| From U.S. 40 Rabbit Ears Pass / Highway 131 |
| Take the Mt. Werner Road exit |
Turn  onto Mt. Werner Road |
Turn  at the Pine Grove Road stoplight intersection. |
| Continue to the next stoplight intersection |
| Turn onto Central Park Drive. |
| Go up the hill and Yampa Valley Medical Center will be on your left. |
There are 4 driveways entering our campus, all on your left:
- 1st driveway leads to the Emergency Department, located behind the Medical Office Building. Follow the signs.
- 2nd driveway is the primary entrance to the Medical Office Building parking lot.
- 3rd driveway leads to Yampa Valley Medical Center’s Main and Visitor Entrances and main parking lot.
- 4th driveway is the entryway to the Doak Walker Care Center and GrandKids Child Care Center.
