On December 5, 2009 we celebrated the near-completion of our $13 million expansion project, which began in May 2008. We have: • Added almost 17,000 square feet of new space • Renovated nearly 10,000 square feet of existing space • Continued to provide quality patient care despite the complexities of construction

Our medical staff of physicians who regularly practice in Steamboat Springs has grown by 33 doctors since 1999. We now have 90 physicians representing 33 specialties on our medical staff.
YVMC is one of the largest year-round employers in Northwest Colorado. We employ more than 550 individuals representing 392 FTEs.
