YampaWorks is a hospital-affiliated occupational health service program that is committed to meeting the needs of employers and individuals in Northwest Colorado. YampaWorks provides regional employers and their employees with a multitude of services designed to prevent, treat, and manage care for work related injuries and illnesses.
Under the direction of Frederick Scherr, MD, the region’s only board-certified occupational and environmental medicine physician, YampaWorks provides comprehensive work injury management, pre-employment exams, drug screening, breath alcohol testing, rehabilitation services, laboratory services, diagnostic services and treatment of acute conditions.

YampaWorks is located on the campus of Yampa Valley Medical Center, at 940 Central Park Drive in Steamboat Springs. All services are conveniently located on our campus.
